Casa de Common Sense Shipping Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2025

We partner with Printify and its network of trusted print providers to fulfill all orders. Below is what you can expect for shipping.

Production Time:
- All items are made to order.
- Production typically takes **2–5 business days** from the date of purchase.

Shipping Time:
- US orders: **3–7 business days**
- International orders: **7–21 business days**

Delivery estimates may vary based on location, season, and carrier delays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Shipping Rates:
- Calculated at checkout based on your location and item(s).
- Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed if active.

Carriers Used:
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other local carriers depending on your region.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an item ships, we are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your item, please contact your local carrier first. If no resolution is found, contact us within **7 days** and we’ll do our best to assist.

Order Errors or Shipping Issues:
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email us at **info@casadecommonsense.com** with your order number and photos within **7 days** of receiving the item.

Note:
Casa de Common Sense is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Customs fees for international orders
- Delivery delays due to external factors (weather, holidays, etc.)
