Refund policy

Casa de Common Sense Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2025

All items are made to order through our Print-on-Demand partners. As such, we only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

✔ Wrong item received  
✔ Defective or damaged item  
✔ Misprinted design

You must notify us within **7 days of delivery** with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund.

❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size ordered
- Minor color variation

All sales are final unless covered by the exceptions above.

To file a claim, email us at info@casadecommonsense.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
